We are full in jeweLlEry, Bath n' body, oils + salves, baking + candy, coffee + tea, AND christmas decor.

we are only accepting booths with products that are handmade or designed by the maker.
We are not accepting MLM businesses at this time.  Thank you for your understanding.

load in:
All products must be loaded into the building AND SET UP IN FULL by FRI. nov. 1ST.  THE BUILDING WILL BE LOCKED AT 9PM.  If you have not moved in by this time, you will give up your booth space in full, and there will be no refund.

please get in the habit of checking your junk/spam folders as sometimes emails end up there completely out of our control.

pipe + drape:
Inspirations market will be providing black pipe + drape for our exhibitors.  This includes an 8' high back, and 3' high sides.  Corner booths will have 2 open sides.  Please avoid putting pins into the curtains.  Thank you!

Food Sampling:
Please read through the following contract carefully and please make notes of important dates and info.
Applying & Payment Deadlines:
  • Applications are open March 21st-April 5th.

  • You will find out regarding acceptance on April 16th by midnight.

  • These emails will be sent in group emails and sometimes go to junk mail.  Please get in the habit of checking your junk/spam folders so that you won't miss important announcements.

  • After your acceptance email is sent out, each maker will receive an individual email with your individual payment details.

  • Booth payments are due by Friday, May 3rd at the latest.

  • There will be no booth holds for late payments.

Cancellation Policy:
  • If cancelling your booth on or before June 29th, you will receive a full refund. 

  • If cancelling your booth from June 30th-July 29th, you will receive an 80% refund of the total amount you have paid (including the booth fee and additional rentals). 

  • All cancellations after July29th will not receive a refund and will give up the total amount paid.  If you need to cancel after this date, please consider having someone fill in for you at your booth with your products.

  • In the extremely unlikely event that Inspirations Market has to cancel the market, we will give you a full refund.

Giveaways & Advertising:

  • We will be marketing our November events for both venues to shoppers in a way where they will be encouraged to purchase tickets for both markets!

  • Inspirations Market will be giving away 2 free tickets for each maker to give away on their social media.  We will email out posts that you can use for this giveaway one month before the market dates, as well as additional posts.

  • Stay tuned for further prizes and giveaways closer to the event dates.

  • We have a billboard booked at Portage Ave. + Broadway!  We will also be putting out 48 lawn signs.

  • Much of our budget from booth fees goes into our facility rental fees, pipe + drape, and extensive advertising, including social media ads + partnership ads.

Licensed Products:

  • We love to see originality!  Please do not include products with another businesses trademarks.  Trademarks include trade names, words, symbols, designs, logos or designs.

  • Please keep your booth set up until market hours are over.  Packing up early will result in not being invited back to Inspirations Market in the future.

  • Please stay within your booth dimensions.  This keeps aisles open, and keeps your displays from crossing over into other people's booths.

  • There are no tables or chairs available for rent at this venue.

  • All displays must be secure and safe.

  • All makers are required to report any damages to the property, and to keep your booth clean throughout the event.  Inspirations will not be held responsible for damages.

  • Tapes and carpet adhesives are discouraged.  The Red River Ex only approves of Scapa double coated polyethylene tape for use in the installation of carpeting in booths.  Any tape residue must be completely removed by the exhibitor during move-out.

  • Please dispose of any garbage from your booth to the bins behind the Red River Ex Place after show hours on Saturday + Sunday.

Maker Posts:

  • We require all makers to post a minimum of 3 times in advance to show time to help spread the word.  We advertise extensively both in time and financially, and this helps us get the word out there even more.

  • We also love to see our ticket link added to your Instagram bio, or a ticket link as a Facebook post about a month in advance to market time.  More info to follow.

  • And as a bonus, we would love for you to let your followers know when you've been accepted so they can mark their calendars.

Ages 15 + Under:

  • Ages 15 and under will not be permitted in the Red River Ex Place during maker set up and tear down hours as per MB Employment Standard Code.  Of course children are welcome during market hours.


  • Inspirations Market and Red River Ex will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items in your booth due to any circumstances or reasons.  Please purchase your own insurance.  If heating food onsite, you are required to provide a fire extinguisher at your booth.


  • There is very minimal shared storage behind 10x10 booths, and no storage behind 10x5 booths.  If you would like to rent additional storage, please let us know at the time of acceptance.  Otherwise, please find creative ways to include hidden storage into your booth.  It is important to us to have all boxes, bins, and personal items out of sight during market hours to make sure the event looks well put together for our shoppers.

Food Trucks:

  • Food trucks are required to provide their own water source, and also bring their own 100 foot extension cord in order to reach outlets.

Liquor vendors:

  • Liquor vendors must provide a liquor license through Manitoba Liquor + Lotteries, and have it displayed during show hours.
